We have identified an issue that is preventing recovery as a result of the prior-mentioned upstream provider outage.

The issue has been identified and is related to an upstream provider disruption. We will provide updates as we gain more information.

We are aware of the issue and are investigating the provider outage that caused the ERN website to be unavailable.
